You know, you can tell that this is MY son. He is grumpy, just like me! :) I remember being 15 years old and having this very same attitude. The pursed/pouty lips, the eyebrows...

One day I was listening to Jack's Music show on Nick Jr. and heard the "Grumpy" song. I learned the lyrics and sang it to Liam every morning when I woke him up. He grew to like the song and now dances to it. It defeats the purpose, doesn't it? :)

If I see that you are grmpy, I sing you the “Grumpy” song. At first you didn’t like me to sign the song to you, but as it turns out, you’ve grown to like the song and even sing it along with me. 9-6-2007
